Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love our clothes when you receive them but if for some reason you have an issue, we are happy to offer an exchange if informed within 7 days of receipt of the product. Once 7 days have passed from the date of delivery, we will not accept any requests for return/exchanges.

 

You can reach out to us on hello@pottymouthkidswear.in or direct message us on Instagram @pottymouthkidswear.in to share details about the product you would like returned. Please share the order number, product name, proof of purchase & size required in your email. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must meet the following standards: be unworn, be unwashed & in the original packaging.

Once we have been notified, we request you to courier the product back to us within 7 days from the day of notifying us and share tracking details as well. Once your exchange has been approved by our team, we will ship the product back to you without any additional shipping charges. Please give us a week for your exchange item to be approved once received at our warehouse, and 7-9 business days for your exchange item to reach you.  If for some reason, the replacement size you have requested for is not available, we can help you pick another product of the same value.

Refunds

Unfortunately, since we’re a small business we’re not in the position to offer refunds at this point  but whenever that changes we’ll make sure to update our customers about the same. In the meanwhile, customers do have the option of exchanging a product for a different size in the same style.

 

All our products are quality controlled before they are dispatched, however, if you have received a product with a defect, you could write to us on hello@pottymouthkidswear.in along with images of the product. Please also share the order number, product name & proof of purchase in your email.
